This notice covers the Fyrwake marketing website and early-access signup list. Contact support@fyrwake.com with privacy questions.

What this website collects

When you join the list, we collect your email address, your optional project description, use-case selection and pricing answer, the signup time, and a record of the signup consent. We also save the signup page/source and campaign labels (if present in the link you followed) to understand which outreach brings interested visitors. We do not store the full referring URL in the signup record. Keep project descriptions general; do not submit confidential files, passwords, sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share.

Our hosting and security provider, Vercel, also processes technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, browser/device information, and browser challenge signals to deliver the website and check for abuse. BotID provides the signup’s automated bot check. We use a daily rotating keyed hash of your IP address to limit signup attempts; the rate-limit records do not contain your raw IP address.

How we use it

We use signup details to manage the early-access list, understand prospective users’ projects, and send the Fyrwake early-access and product updates you requested. Technical information is used to operate and protect the site. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts the site and stores signup records in private storage. Brevo receives your email address to send a confirmation link and manage confirmed subscriptions, delivery and unsubscribe status. After confirmation, we may also send your selected use case, signup source and consent version to tailor early-access updates. Your optional project description and pricing answer stay in our private signup storage. We use pricing answers to understand interest, not as a purchase commitment. Brevo may process email delivery and interaction information. Google Workspace handles correspondence sent to our contact address. These providers process information to deliver their services. Your choices and retention

Joining is optional; the project description, use-case selection and pricing answer are optional. We retain signup information while managing the early-access list, unless you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for that purpose. To unsubscribe, correct your details, or request deletion, email support@fyrwake.com from the address you used to sign up. Product updates will include an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to a product update to unsubscribe. We retain a minimal suppression record to honor unsubscribe requests. Provider security logs and backups follow their separate retention schedules.

This notice describes the marketing site, not future product accounts or project uploads. We will update this notice as the website’s data practices change. The date above identifies this version.
